It is with the objective to accompany families in their search for qualified childcare professionals, that why Stéphanie Benouari founded My Sweet Days in Geneva, in 2013.
Mother of two girls born in 2010 and 2015, Stéphanie quickly had to deal with the anxiety and uncertainties that many parents face when searching for qualified personnel to cater to their childrens’ needs. How best to find and select a trustworthy candidate when time is of the essence? Will you feel safe enough to leave your loved ones with a stranger? And who do you turn to if anything goes wrong?

After having spent 7 years working in wealth management serving demanding clients, Stéphanie made the life-changing decision to make an impact in the childcare industry. Rather than accept the status quo, she decided to devote her energy and put her integrity and natural skills – rigour, patience and thoughtfulness – at the service of parents and children in order to fulfill their needs. It is with passion and dedication that she embarked on this journey, alone at first, then supported by experimented consultants who shared her values.
My Sweet Days’ mission statement is clear: “connect the most demanding families with highly qualified and passionate professionals while ensuring the best service in the industry, including after the contract signature”. And the agency’s vision is simple: “become a reference in the childcare industry across the world, without compromising on her initial goal: contribute to children’s well-being”

Over the years and following its expansion, My Sweet Days became My Sweet Days International Nanny Agency, as it developed its network of professionals, while maintaining the utmost rigour in its selection process. The agency never contented with purely functional childcare solutions and never lost sight of its “raison d’être”: understand families’ specific needs and offer highly qualified candidates, passionate about children and eager to actively contribute to their stimulation and happiness.

But placement is only an intermediate step of our Mission. We are committed to a continued communication and offer replacement solutions if necessary.
