Our Team

Founder & Managing Director

The Founder & Director, Stéphanie was born in Mauritius and grew up in between Switzerland and Mauritius. Having studied Banking & Finance, Stéphanie first worked in Private Banking serving UHWN and VIP clients before founding My Sweet Days Nanny Agency in 2013.

As a proud mother of two girls, Stephanie understands the joys and challenges of parenthood. Stéphanie’s experience with the childcare needs of her own family is reflected in the way she is running the agency, she is sensitive to parents needs and offer an empathic and highly professional service.  

Since 2013, Stephanie has streamlined the difficult recruiting process for busy parents, paying close attention to every detail, with an all inclusive luxury service. She knows what switched on parents want and believes that her clients deserve only the most qualified, trusted and reputable candidates. Her nannies are undeniably loyal and respect her high standards, trusting her stellar instincts for making the right match. It is with passion and dedication that she embarked on this journey, supported by experimented consultants who shared her values.


Administrative Support

Marine joined the team recently as an administrative support for our expanding business, after having been one of our candidates.  Marine has a few different hats and her skills cover many needs of the Agency.  She has diplomas and certificates in business administration, teaching or even sommellerie.

Her experience of over 10 years in administrative support and management, combined with her experience with caring for children, be it as a teacher or a nanny, has made her a great match for the agency.

Marine has lived in a few different countries and loves travelling. Her favorite activities include scuba diving, paragliding, horseback riding and gardening, when she is not busy with her child or her 4-legged companions.


Recruitment Specialist

Cristina joined the team a few months ago. She was born in Venezuela and grew up in Geneva. After leaving in Spain for the last 15 year, Cristina has now moved in Geneva to pursue her career.

She has a Bachelor in Translation and Interpretation, her main experience is in business management and specifically as an early childhood institution owner.

Her goals is too build a strong long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
