Excluding every possible form of discrimination, My Sweet Days introduces to its clients the best selection of qualified and experimented candidates with the following criteria:
- Minimum 5 years of experience and solid references
- Clean criminal record
- Valid work permit or EU citizen
- Minimum age: 23
- Proficient in French or English
- First-aid certificate
- Personal interview with a My Sweet Days consultant
On top of the base requirement, the following elements would be an asset :
- Childcare development courses
- University-level education
- Teaching/tutoring experience
- Passion for arts or theatre
- Passion for cooking
- Sport skills
- Travel experience with former clients

Our screening process
Register online with the following form: Applicants Registration.
It is expected that you provide an accurate description of your former job experience, with details regarding responsibilities and skills. We require a complete file that comprises: CV, copy of passport/ID, copy of diplomas/certificates and three references from former employers.
If your profile corresponds to our selection criteria, you will be contacted by one of our recruiting consultants. During the exchange, a review of your experience, skills and objectives will be conducted.
3. Introduction to clients
As soon as a family selects your profile, we will connect you for the first interview, either in-person, by phone or videoconference.
After this first contact, if both parties agree, a second interview or a 3-day trial can be organised. If the trial takes place abroad, at the request of the family, we can organise your travel.
During your interviews, keep in mind that you are an Ambassador of My Sweet Days: punctuality, impeccable clothing, professionalism and discretion are demanded.
4. Consulting and contracts
Once each party validates the recruitment offer, My Sweet Days fine tunes the candidates duties and drafts the job and confidentiality contracts.
Your consultant will reply to all enquiries and accompany you in this recruitment phase.
For international placements, we provide information and assist you in administrative procedures (visa, paperwork).
5. A long-term relationship
Our relationship with candidates doesn’t end after the contract signature.
We offer post-placement support regardless of your concerns.
